In 1979, Public Picture Ltd remixed and re-recorded components of their debut album First Concern after Warner Bros. instructed them the sound was too non-commercial for America. That model ended up being shelved. Now, the John Lydon-led band is lastly sharing it for Report Retailer Day (April 12).
