Synopsis: “The Lowdown” follows the gritty exploits of citizen journalist Lee Raybon (Ethan Hawke), a self-proclaimed Tulsa “truthstorian” whose obsession with the reality is at all times getting him into bother.
Lee lives and works in a uncommon bookstore tucked within the coronary heart of Tulsa – a neighborhood refuge and unofficial neighborhood hub.
